Yes many: You can not diagnose all gastrointestinal/digestive conditions by blood test for every condition you need detailed history, physical exam and many times endo/colonoscopy and/or imaging to make the diagnosis many times with normal blood test few to list gastric ulcer, cancer of stomach and other parts, diverticulosis, colonic polyts, inflammatory bowel disease and many others.
