In the last 18 hours i have got blisters in 3 places around my mouth. now im sat with a baby wipe over my mouth dipped in salty water will this help?

Likely herpes: The blisters clustered around your mouth sound like oral herpes (hsv i virus). The salty water will not harm you, and if it gives some relief, it's fine. There are a few medicaments like abreva that shorten the course of the outbreak, or sometimes a viscous preparation of local anesthetic for the discomfort. The course is usually all gone by 12-14 days. Good luck!
