I have a water blister in my mouth right under my lip, that sometimes turns red. it has been there for 5 months now and it doesnt take off. why?

Hematoma?: that could be a hematoma resulting from trauma either by biting the inside of the lip ,or from dental appliances and dentures. It won't go away by itself ,you need to see a dentist to have it evaluated and treated ASAP.
