I have a water blister inside my mouth that isn't painful and come randomly. should i be worried?i

See your dentist: Mouth sores can be from many causes and are rarely dangerous. Simple viral infection that causes the common cold could be culprit. See your dentist to rule out anything dangerous. Salt water swishes and avoiding candies, acidic foods may help.

Probably no worry: Our mouth is lined with salivary ducts that sometimes get plugged. The clear fluid is trapped saliva and they usually resolve on their own.

Things to consider..: Blocked minor salivary gland ducts are common. Blocked ducts almost always occur on the inner surface of the lower lip. Fluid-filled lesions (vesicles) in other locations in the mouth are less likely to be the result of a blocked salivary gland duct. If this does not sound like your condition, other causes including bullous diseases like pemphigus/pemphigoid should be ruled out with biopsy.
