What are the symptoms of someone who has esophagael cancer?

Dysphagia: "dysphagia" means pain or difficulty with eating. Patients with abdominal cancer often have a lot of "heartburn" and as the cancer grows they may have difficulty with food being stuck at the level where the cancer narrows the esophagus. This may lead to vomiting in some cases.
