Drugs and H. pylori: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) including motrin, advil, ibuprofen, aleve (naproxen) and Aspirin containing meds are the most common causes of peptic ulceration of the stomach and duodenum followed by bacterial infection helicobacter pylori (h. Pylori).
