Mole biopsied 3 months ago came back as a benign congenital mole. it is now starting to growing back in areas. is this a concern?

Probably not: This is likely is due to what we call 'recurrent nevus'. In other words, the biopsy showed a benign mole but did not completely remove it. It is now growing back. If you are worried, i would see a dermatologist to have it completely removed.
