Clean it up: Bluntly tell you coworker that he/ she has bad bod oder. It would help the entire work place if this were remedied.

Can't say: I am not aware of any published cases of health problems from being exposed to body odor. I do not think you should need "health information" - lack of good personal hygiene should be an issue for your boss, other employees and any of the public who this employee interacts with. You may have some kind of allergy, though. You would need to see your doctor to evaluate this and give you a note.
