COVID 19 concerns: This could be COVID 19. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
