Dx of exclusion: Your dr did an ECG to rule out cardiac rythm and or injury as a source of your symtoms. Often the heart and lungs have overlapping symptoms. The cxr prob ruled out pneumonia and he concluded you have an upper resp tract infection. If the rx given doesnt help report back. He may need to do an echo , ct scan, pfts etc.
