A lot: The discussion of what a chest x-ray could show is far beyond the 400 characters we are given to answer. You should ask your doctor what they saw (if anything) on your chest x-ray.

Dx of exclusion: Your dr did an ECG to rule out cardiac rythm and or injury as a source of your symtoms. Often the heart and lungs have overlapping symptoms. The cxr prob ruled out pneumonia and he concluded you have an upper resp tract infection. If the rx given doesnt help report back. He may need to do an echo , ct scan, pfts etc.
