Need to see psych: She needs to see a psychiatrist or a psychologist. Obviously what she does is not a normal thing to do. She could have a borderline personality or other condition. How old is she?

Well, I : Would look up the term "borderline personality disorder" and see if she fits that category. Does she cut herself? She needs evaluation, possibly medication to help mood but psychotherapy is the largest component of treatment. Good luck in your efforts.
