For the past couple of days i have had a pulling pain in my lower right side its not constant but hurts if i get up from bed or chair, also if i sneez?

Sounds muscoluskel: What you describe sounds like an irritated or pulled muscle or bone connection. Costochondritis is from irritation of the cartilage and bone junction. Muscle strains can do this as well. Most get better slowly with time. But if it continues or gets worse, or you have other symptoms, be seen to check it out. If no reason to avoid them, meds such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen can help.
