May be ADD.: Being easily distracted may be a sign of attention deficit disorder. There is medication to help with that diagnosis. You can also practice focusing on a subject asnd sticking with it. Think of that distraction as a little imp trying to get you into trouble, and shut it down. Each time you overcome the urge to do something else, reqard yourself in some way.

Hard to say: People perform at their best when well rested, properly nourished, healthy and in a comfortable setting.If any of these factors are poor, especially sleep, you need to fix them first before you look at other issues.If you get 8-9 hrs of good sleep,good nutrition & like your work, a checkup is needed.
