Prenatal & Vit D &..: No prenatal alone will be adequate. I do not know of any prenatals with more than 1000 iu of d and if you are low in d i advise at lease 5000 iu a day, which you can take with your prenatal. None have much potassium- get that from more fruits & veggies. Also advise a dha supplement. Many good prenatals but i advise basic prenatal by thorne research as it has the optimal form of folate (folic acid) (l-5-mthf).
