A member asked:

I have high ana, rnp, and potassium and low vitamin d and my joints are swollen what does all of this mean this is the second time for high ana ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This is tricky : The real question is whether to begin treating you for lupus, mixed connective tissue disease, or one of the others. This is difficult and needs to be decided in conjunction with a specialist. Manage the vitamin D with a supplement or sunlight if you are not getting it in your food -- doing this is often difficult. Best wishes.
