Return to neurosurg: Persistent headaches after acm-1 decompression could be due to a postop complication such as a dural leak of spinal fluid.Neurosurgeon has to decide whether a myelogram is needed.

See below: Undergoing decompressive surgery, unfortunately, does not guarantee discontinuation of headaches. If they worsen, or if you develop other symptoms, you should let your neurosurgeon know.
