Accidental Seroquel (quetiapine)?: So the tramadol dose is usual for him, but the seroquel (quetiapine) is not. Please contact his own doctor about this. He may want him evaluated in an er. 300 mg seroquel (quetiapine) is a hefty dose of antipsychotic, which your father could still weather well although be very sleepy. An associated question is how he got this medicine in the first place -- so this doesn't happen again? Good luck.
