Would not depend on: Would not depend on visual. Would see physician with specimen microscopic examination for ova and parasites far better and treatment could then be rendered.

Not necessarily: Most parasites are not visible to the naked eye, especially ones that can cause diarrhea. But a stool sample can be examined in a lab to see if this is a cause of the problem.
