My son has pinworms and got his medicine (pyrovium) yesterday. i also have them and took what was left from his worm sirup 2/3 of the dose for my weight yesterday. but today the pinworms are even more in the stool. is this normal to still have them?

The medication is toxic to the worms and will kill them in place. Their caucuses will shed in the poop until they are extruded from the bowel. Many practitioners treat twice, a week apart to kill any leftover pinworms.
