Likely: I assume that the tt means total thyroidectomy. If the cancer was confined to your thyroid and all of it was removed, and the follow up screening after surgery has been negative for cancer, then it's highly likely that the papillary thyroid cancer was cured with surgery.

Then it is good news: It is a good news , is good monitoring tool but you still need to be monitored by regular follow up examinations, some times with radio active iodine & pet scans etc, good luck.
