If you had: A previous vacc and received a "wound booster" you are protected. Tetanus usually is associated with penetrratig wounds such as a dirty nail.

Low, low risk: Tetanus develops when the spores of the cause enter a deep wound (open skin). The vaccine is very good at preventing but without an open wound, the risk is essentially zero. As far as that burn is concerned, apply good protective skin cream, avoid further trauma an it will heal quickly.
