I run 3 miles 2x/week (built up to this in dec - definately still challenging), i bike/elliptical 2x/week. all cardio is followed by weight lifting and crunches. is this safe during pregnancy?

You can excercise: In pregnancy at a moderate level; no need to push yourself to the max. Crunches will get harder over time obviously, but resistance training and cardio, if done reasonably, are advised.

Yes: You may continue to do what you tolerate in pregnancy if you already have an established exercise routine.
