i am 30m , and wake up several times at night to urinate, vesicare (solifenacin) dosent help me, what other medication should i try?

Depends on diagnosis: There are a number of other vesicare-like medication that you can try. The nighttime urination that you struggle with could be due to any number of issues, so be patient with your doctor as they try to help you. If you are taking any herbal treatment, you may want to consider cutting back on their intake. Best of luck.
