Been on vesicare (solifenacin) a month now should i notice a difference yet? cause nothing has changed

Yes: Vesicare (solifenacin) will often improve an irritable(over active) bladder, but not stress incontinence. Many patients have a mixture of both. 6 weeks and change: Generally we try these drugs for 6 weeks. If it does not work it is time to change.
