I went to a doc. with blood in my urine. he said that there was too much blood in it to be tested. is this possible?

2 much 2 need test: To confirm presence of blood when you can see that urine is obviously bloody. But urine should be tested for bacteria & cultured to rule out infection. Am sure dr. Will arrange for a work-up to find out cause of blood in urine.
