Need help docs! my aunt has had blood in her urine for 8 months now?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Foods and hematuria: If you aunt has hematuria (h), she needs to see a urologist (u) for an evaluation of it. H is not normal and its cause needs to be found. If it is not due to a uti, it may be due to a lesion in her kidneys, ureters or bladder. Have her get a urine for culture and if she has no UTI she needs to see a u who can lead her to a diagnosis and a cure for her h. Good luck.
