Leg raises: Get on your back on floor or mat. Lift your legs off of the floor 2 - 3 inches and hold for a variable amount of time. Start of for 5 - 10 seconds and then work to holding them for 30 seconds.

Spot training: Different abdominal exercises will focus some on different parts of the abdomen but best just to do a complete abdominal work out which will hit all areas. One of my favorites is the p90x ab ripper, only takes about 15 min and i try to do this 3 days per week. Great workout.
