What does it feel like if you have internal bleeding?

DEPENDS: If the internal bleeding is intravisceral (in stomach or gut) there will probably no feelings until one becomes anemic enough to be tired or dizzy. If the bleeding is intraabdominal, in the cavity of the abdomen, blood is an irritant, so there will be pain and discomfort. Spenic bleeding will also cause left shoulder pain.
