Depends: There could be little symptoms such as mild weakness and anemia. Sometimes vomiting of blood or passing dark old blood in the bowel movements if there is intestinal bleeding. Sometimes there may be cramping abdominal discomfort. There may be no abdominal pain. However, if you mean bleeding from a severe accident with liver or spleen damage, then abdominal pain and distension would be noted.

Depends: If you mean intestinal bleeding, then little abdominal cramping, sometimes vomiting of blood or old dark blood in the bowel movements, weakness and anemia. If you mean internal bleeding from severe abdominal trauma, then abdominal pain and abdominal swelling may be noted, with anemia.
