DEPENDS: If the internal bleeding is intravisceral (in stomach or gut) there will probably no feelings until one becomes anemic enough to be tired or dizzy. If the bleeding is intraabdominal, in the cavity of the abdomen, blood is an irritant, so there will be pain and discomfort. Spenic bleeding will also cause left shoulder pain. See your doctor if you have serious concerns about bleeding. Good luck.

You'll have signs of: Bleeding like being sweaty, with a fast heart beat (rapid pulse), feeling unwell, weak, thirsty, and pale looking. With internal bleeding in the abdomen, one will have pain, distension, maybe nausea etc. Bleeding in chest will cause rapid breathing, difficulty in breathing, chest pain, etcc. With minor accident 10 days ago, rest assure you probably do not have any internal bleeding.
