what does vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) do for pituitary gland tumors? can it negatively affect a benign pituitary gland tumor?

Not much: The mechanism of action working on Dopamine and part of a treatment for adhd, does not really affect pituitary gland function. Therefore, for the most part, this should not have any effect on a pituitary neoplasm.
