Team up: Team up with a physician well versed in the treatment and prevention of migraine. In many cases, headaches can be eliminated completely.

Two approaches: At onset of headache, could take a triptan, available via pill, nasal spray, or injection, and headache usually gone by 2 hours. Prevent with such drugs as depakote, topirimate, or otc preps such as butterbur, riboflavin, magnesium, co-q-10. Maybe botox. Talk to your doctor and devise your strategy.
