Yes: Having sex won't necessarily pass on hepatitis b but it is not recommended to have unprotected sex as it can pass sexually fairly easily. To be safe one should wear a condom.

A 30-year-old female asked:
Can you have sex with a hepatitis b patient after you have been vaccinated?

Yes: The vaccine should protect you from infection. However, not everyone develops immunity after completing the vaccine series. You can find out whether you're immune by getting a hepatitis b surface antibody (hbsab) checked. It should be positive.
