The short answer is : unlikely but not impossible. Hepatitis B and C are usually spread through direct contact with infected blood or bodily secretions including semen. If a person has open sores or bleeding in the mouth it is theoretically possible to transmit the virus and can be spread through sharing a toothbrush. Be careful out there!
