There is no simple answer to your question because there is not enough information; it is not all people that have had hepatitis B that would spread it. There is possibility of full recovery and also it is something that people could take medication to reduce the effect of the virus by reducing viral multiplication. You could not get hepatitis B from food and unlikely to get it from kissing.

Hepatitis B is not spread through saliva, so you cannot get it from sharing food or drinks, casual contact, or kissing. Good luck.
