A member asked:

What prescription pills contain opiates? are they common?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very common: These are among the most prescribed drugs in the world - tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine, tylenol (acetaminophen) and hydrocodone (vicodin, lortabs, Norco etc), tylenol (acetaminophen) and oxycodone (percocet, roxicet etc). There are ibuprofen-tylenol (acetaminophen) combos as well, in addition to tramadol and tylenol (acetaminophen) (ultracet). Oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, hydromorphone, Demerol and morphine all come in pill form alone as well. Tapenditol is new.
