A member asked:

My acid reflux problems are bothering me so much that i can't get to sleep at night. what are some good ways to treat this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Medication: See your doctor about 'proton pump inhibitors'..They reduce the production of stomach acid (they are available otc). Don't eat within the 90 minutes before bedtime. Avoid alcohol at night. Take an antacid before retiring, with a glass of water. Use pillows to elevate the head.
