Sort of: Coq10 may lower blood pressure a small amount according to review of studies in 2007. It wasn't a big wow change, though, like eating right, exercising, or stopping smoking. Also, we don't know if coq10 prevents heart attack and stroke. That's what we really want to know because that's what we're really trying to prevent.
