Doctor can evaluate: Possibilities for causes of a bloated tummy include: enlarged liver, enlarged spleen, a big cyst, a pregnancy, a mass from the intestines, being full of poop, being full of body fluid (called ascites), a mass from a kidney, etc... A person with such symptoms needs to be seen by a doctor.
