See an allergist: You may be allergic to something in your bedroom. For example if you sleep with a feather pillow or comforter, or wool blanket.Maybe you have dust cather like books or drapes in the room "desensitizing the room may be a useful project for you to undertake. Or is it too hot or dry in your bedroom? Consult an allergist for further evaluation.
