See your doctor: This is never normal. See your doctor. He/she will listen to you, perform an examination, and possibly order tests to find out what's wrong.

Private area trouble: It's never fun going to the doctor to have them take a look at your private area, but unfortately, there are just times that you "gotta buck up." we are all friendly, professionals who will take your concern seriously. You think bumps on your labia are scary? Try having a baby! then, there are a dozen people looking at your hoo-hoo! see your family doc, and they should be able to take care of it!

Likely no concern: What you are describing sounds much like what are called bartholin's cysts. They are generally not of serious concern, but may become infected or filled with fluid that can be drained. If they continue to enlarge, a surgical procedure can be done. See your gynecologist just to be sure that is all that is going on.
