Aspirin?: Nose bleeds, in the absence of blunt trauma, most often arise from drying and local traumatization of an area on your septum with many superficial blood vessels. Once you traumatize it, you can cause it to rebleed by manipulating the crust that covers the area. Other causes can include platelets not functioning, as with Aspirin use.
