Get seen: Dr. Bodehneimer's advice to get seen is very good. If the white bumps are tonsilloliths, you may be able to remove them yourself. If they are lymphoid tissue, all that may be required is reassurance. If they actually are tumor, hopefully effective treatment can be initiated at once.
