Tests: At some point, imaging of your spine needs to be done. Your surgeon or someone of equal experience should make sure all is well with your fusion.

Water exercise: Whenever we perform surgery for correction of the curvature of the spine, there can be unintended changes with aging that put stress(which results in pain) on the spine and its supporting elements. Since the surgery is largely irreversible, the next best approach is to address the support elements, i.e. The muscles and ligaments and our posture, to see what that adds to the relief.
