Should be no problem: Outpatient surgeries are not contraindicated by a diagnosis of MS. You should be clear to proceed and at low risk of complications.

No problem: Would not have any reluctance to see you have necessary plastic surgery, as neither anesthesia or the procedure will affect your MS. BUT, I have little regard for Avonex (interferon beta 1a) as a medication to treat MS, as there are far better medications available, in fact 12 other choices. Might discuss this with your physician.
