See a Podiatrist: Sounds like you have done all that is reasonable on your own. You did not mention your weight, which could be a major factor in causing pain in the feet, especially if you are standing hours on a hard surface. A podiatrist would be a wise next step, or even your primary care physician. Physical therapy and better orthotics may be the solution. Yoga stretching may be recommended. Good luck.

Consider: Consider being seen by an osteopathic physician. Osteopathic physicians have additional training in the musculoskeletal system and may be able to find the root of the problem or offer additional treatment or therapy (to include osteopathic manipulative medicine)depending on what is found on physical exam and further review of the history.
