plantar fasciitis: May still be plantar fasciitis, inflammation of the ligament connecting the heel bone (calcaneus) with the toes; chronic inflammation can lead to calcific spurs at point of attachment on heel. Since treatments u have tried haven't been enough, suggest seeing a podiatrist for other tx options.
