MOST LIKELY: It sounds like you have a small , thrombosed hemorrhoid. If so, it can be treated in the office under local anesthesia by a qualified general or colorectal surgeon. I suggest you call your doctor for assistance. In the meantime, good hydration and a gentle bulk laxative, as directed, will help. For comfort, try soaking in a warm tub or direct a shower spray to the area. Good luck.
