How do i know if i have liver damage?

Tests: Elevated liver enzymes may suggest ongoing injury but the amount of scarring is assessed by a liver biopsy. There are some non-invasive tests of fibrosis i.e., scarring. Blood tests such as fibrospect or fibroscan ( not available in usa).
