Steatohepatitis : Avoid alcohol. Ask your doctor if any medication your are using could be causing this. Also ask if this is NASH or nafld or steatohepatitis caused by something else. Low fat diet +/- statin therapy may help. Monitoring at regular intervals is recommended.
